For two years, a very expensive smartphone kept receiving calls for an Ethan Hall. Wrong number, every time. It could translate languages, navigate continents, edit video, recognize faces—and yet most days it served as an expensive answering machine for someone who didn't own it.

We are a boutique technical systems studio. Every engagement is led directly by us — no handoffs, no junior team members learning on your project. You get the person who built it.

We work with operations leaders, founders, and organizations who have outgrown their current systems — or never had the right ones to begin with. If the problem is real and the work is serious, we want to hear about it.

The Diagnostic
You book a paid session. We screen-share through the broken system — or the thing you want to build — together. You get a written report after: what's actually going on, what it takes to fix, whether it's worth doing. The fee credits toward the build.

Architecture
We map the system before we build it. A blueprint is delivered before a line of code is written. You see exactly what we're building and why.

Build
Phased delivery. Each phase is independently testable. You see progress, not promises. Nothing ships that hasn't been verified.

Handled
Full documentation. Your team can maintain it without us. That's the point. We build things to last, not to create dependency.
